Dustin Hineman

Dustin Hineman is a lifelong Indiana native. From Pendleton, Indiana, Dustin has over 24 years in the construction industry. He worked his way from crew to crew all over the state learning several trades along the way.
Dustin is the proud father of two boys, and his dog, Jack. He and his wife, Beth built their home in Pendleton and love their community. Dustin coaches several of his boy’s teams, is an excellent corn hole player, and is a great friend.

Andy Heiser

Andy Heiser was born and raised in the Indianapolis area. He attended IUPUI, where he earned his Marketing and Supply Chain Management degree from the Kelley School of Business. After a career in web development, Andy built his own marketing consulting firm.
Andy and his wife, Christa, live in the Nora area with their Dogs, Bailey and Oliver. Their son Austin attends Ball State University. Andy is an avid Crossfitter, bow hunter and enjoys spending time on the lake with friends.
